This is really interesting property loaded with a variety of pine including some old growth White Pine and huge Jack Pine. It has a nice ridge top overlooking the River in a couple of locations that are accessible on a woods road. Excellent sites for a new, rural cabin. There is an old log cabin on the property that will need extensive renovation but is probably not a tear down. This property is close to town but feels very remote. Access is via County Road 573 aka Deer Lake Road which is paved. Then an easement road for a few hundred yards into the property. This is likely recreation property but could be year round with some improvement to the existing woods road as the owner has driven a truck on this trail in previous years. There is another 200 acres contiguous with access on a different road system if you need more acreage.
